Job Description
Implement global, country and GDC security policies within B&PS division.
Coordinate with other Division Security Officers including Client Security Manager and IT Security Officer.
Manage security certification projects (primarily ISO27001 or PCI/DSS or any other certification where involved)
Responsibility
Security leader responsible for the implementation and management of the ISMS within B&PS division in the GDC in coordination primarily with Global DSO for B&PS and with GDC CSO
Establish and maintain the information security program to ensure that information assets are adequately protected with a specific focus on Shared security solutions & services
Participate in the GDC Country B&PS division Security meetings with other DSO and B&PS management.
Participate in Local Management Committee with GDC as required.
Participate and contribute in GDC security governance meeting held Bi-weekly and as required.
Organize and maintain information asset registration for Atos assets owned by the B&PS division.
Roll-out the information security risk analysis for the assets of the B&PS divisions in the GDC.
Monitor the security action plan, manage priorities, alert Global B&PS DSO and GDC CSO.
Centralize and publish the security KPI to B&PS Management, Global B&PS DSO and GDC CSO.
Qualify, report on security incidents & ensure RCA is produced and shared with B&PS division management.
Coordinate/participate in the security audits and send reports to B&PS division management, Global B&PS DSO and GDC CSO.
Manage ISO27001 alignment at the B&PS division in GDC country and align with product-related certifications.
Take part in crisis management when needed with GDC/GBU.
Manage security incidents within GDC country reported by CSIRT or GDC CSO or otherwise. Investigate and track the security incident to closure.
Communicate on different security awareness topics to employees within GDC at least once a month or more.
Perform cross functional responsibilities for other Division as per requirement to handle security of any Division.
