Oracle HCM Cloud-Project Manager

Grade A4/A5

Location- Noida

Must have more than 8 years in PeopleSoft/ Oracle HCM Cloud

Strong Experience in HCM domain

Excellent communication skills

Expert in ERP (PeopleSoft/Oracle cloud) Implementation Life Cycle Process

Strong Analytical ability

Strong Delivery Experience with experience of at least 2 end to end implementations in project manager role

Ability to drive IT and User group for establishing a tangible and optimized application maintenance process model

Must have good written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas, solutions and recommendations at various levels like senior management, business users, and IT team

Nice to have: Project Management certification like PMP
