Project Manager @ Robosoft

Job Description

Analyzing the software development requirements and preparing a project development plan, proposals, and execution plans in sync with the pre- sales and sales team.
Conduct design, code, and test reviews for quality improvements.
Define quality goal and metrics.
Customer interaction, issue resolution, and relationship management.
Project development/ porting management and effective resource management.Skill set and experience required:
Sound knowledge of software development technologies and industry trends.
Sound knowledge and experience in implementing projects using Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of attending a developer expo.
Experience of working onsite.
Sound knowledge of risk management and effective change management.
Knowledge of competitors and their capabilities.
Experience in people management skills, crisis resolution and proactive approach to foreseeing and resolving issues are a critical requirement for this position.Education qualification:
Candidates should be B.E., B.Tech., M.C.A., M.Tech. in Computer Science/
Information Science/ Information Technology from reputed university.Desired skill set and experience:
Experience of working with the technical teams from key players in the industry like Apple or Microsoft (A must for Senior Project Manager role)
Knowledge of or background in one or more the following:
Current trends and technologies in software development.
Sound knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
Customer interactions, experience of working in different time zones.Personal attributes:
Highly organized.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Tendency to lead.
Have a pragmatic approach,
