Job Description

PMO PSA Account Coordinate all resourcing requirements for the Program Management Office Manage and perform activities associated with forecasting reporting resource planning Support deployment of program management standard tools process and procedures Lead PMOs and ensure that they are appropriately staffed to support project management needs at the enterprise level Select the methodology that best aligns with the mission and vision of their assigned PMO Set the direction for the organization Ensure committed and skilled resources on the project Actively review project progress adherence to schedule resource utilization progress against objective Communicate with Engagement Managers understand project requirement analyze and propose solution Resolve conflicts to positively achieve the program outcome Identify process enhancement and ensure constant sharing of best practices across the team Prepare SoW that needs to be signed with the various BUs Monitor project b 10 years of experience.
