Job Description
- Position: Sr. Project Manager Experience: 8-10 yrs Location: Remote Sr. Project Manager is a key member of and holds a leadership position. Using their customer and project management skills, our Sr. Project Managers primary responsibility will be to make our customers successful by delivering projects on time and on budget. This role is multifaceted and is a terrific opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical and business problems, thrives in executing enterprise scale projects, and is obsessively detailed-oriented and seeks new ways to exceed customer expectations. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that is growing rapidly, working on some of the most intriguing projects. Key Responsibilities: Define Project Goals, timelines, and scope. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and experts. Also, responsible for data management, model development and deployment, and other technical evaluations, including advanced AI trends and tools. Take ownership of all commercial delivery of services from a project administration and director perspective across numerous concurrent projects. Capable of overseeing multiple concurrent projects and modifying management approaches depending on project size and duration. Take ownership of process improvement within team and across departments. Implementation of standardized project management methodologies. Take ownership of margin and revenue targets for project. Grow long-term relationships with clients and capitalizes on equity and partnership opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field PMI/PRINCE certification or equivalent Experience managing and delivering Big Data projects Experience in successfully managing and overseeing projects Experience in managing enterprise scale projects, with global deployments Experience of industry project management techniques Prior technical background / experience managing technical projects The ability to mentor project management techniques and skills within the team Good communication and analytical skills Initiative, determination and a high degree of resourcefulness Strong background in project management, administration and team management Skilled in project management tools, including MS Project Skilled in MS Office Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Provident Fund Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Project Management Professional (PMP)/CAPM/PMI-ACP or PRINCE2 certification or equivalent - Experience in Project Management and Project Documentation - Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and high-performance software system - Requisite certifications on platforms such as Databricks 5+ years in a data engineering, data science, technical architecture Education: Bachelor's (Required) License/Certification: PMP (Required) PRINCE2 Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
