Job Description
1. Exp bracket to be between 6 - 8 years 2. Primary skillset : Hands on experience on (Checkpoint/Juniper FW or Bluecoat Proxy or F5 Loadbalance or Juniper MAG VPN Appliance) 3. Strong network fundamentals 4. Ready to work in rotational 24x7 shift environment 5.Responsible for managing day to day support activities in form of incident and service requests and design delivery activities for new site setups. Takes over new or updated services and turns them into operation.#Provides operation coordination interfaces#Keeps existing services running according to SLA s, SLO s and in compliance with rules and regulations. #Monitors capacity and increase per systemSkills and qualification#Documented 6 years hands on work experience in global enterprise environments.#Document experience on TCP/IP v4 and v6 #All competence are compulsory for this position#Checkpoint Competence oDocumented hands on experience with 61000oValid certifications: Check Point Managed Security Expert (CCMSE) #Juniper CompetenceoDocumented experience JunOS and ScreenOSoValid certifications:#Juniper Networks Certified Professional Security (JNCIP-SEC)#Juniper Networks Certified Specialist FWV (JNCIS-FWV)#Mcafee CompetenceoDocumented 5 years hands on work experience in global enterprise environments.#Bluecoat competenceoDocumented hands on experience with bluecoat SG/AV and directoroValid certifications: Blue Coat Security Certification #F5 competenceoDocumented hands on experience with F5oValid certifications:#F5 Certified Technology Specialist in GTM (F5-CTS, GTM)#F5 Certified Technology Specialist in LTM (F5-CTS, LTM)#Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to transform technical knowledge into business language (e.g. reports, presentations, etc.)#Must be a Teamworker, the end to end user experience is based on shared platforms and interactions with other teams is crucial#Must have a solid understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles, practices and processes in providing and managing the delivery of a large scale, enterprise-wide service.Special requirement#This position requires to perform in a 24x7 support mode, so the candidate should be flexible with working hours.,Employement Category:
