Job Title: Network Administrator Level 2 (Cisco Meraki SD-WAN)

Experience Required: 8 12 Years

Compensation: Up to 26 LPA (Based on experience and skillset)

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Administrator (Level 2) specializing in Cisco Meraki SD-WAN technologies to join our growing IT Infrastructure team. This role will involve managing and maintaining enterprise-grade Meraki networks, troubleshooting WAN/LAN issues, and implementing scalable SD-WAN solutions across distributed environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network architecture, Meraki dashboard operations, and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki SD-WAN environments (MX, MR, MS, and SD-WAN policies)

• Administer day-to-day network operations including performance monitoring, incident response, and proactive troubleshooting

• Perform regular updates, patches, and firmware upgrades via the Meraki Dashboard

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT and support teams to resolve complex networking issues

• Implement secure, scalable, and redundant network architectures

• Analyze network traffic, logs, and metrics to ensure optimal performance

• Manage VPN tunnels, VLANs, firewalls, and QoS policies across multiple sites

• Document network configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and topology diagrams

• Support migrations, new deployments, and infrastructure upgrades

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in network administration with a strong focus on Cisco Meraki technologies

• Hands-on experience with Meraki Dashboard and managing large distributed networks

• Deep knowledge of SD-WAN, VPNs, Routing (OSPF/BGP), and Switching

• Experience in firewall configuration and traffic segmentation

• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN design, DHCP/DNS, and 802.1X

• Familiarity with network security best practices and compliance standards

• Experience with cloud networking integrations is a plus (Azure/AWS/GCP)

• Good analytical and communication skills for issue escalation and resolution
