Job Description: Business Analyst
Job Description: The job demands in-depth Functional and Domain knowledge on Trade Services & Trade Finance. The role would include:
- Understanding & gathering Requirements from various stakeholders (Business/Operations/Product)
- Preparing Business Requirement Documents
- Preparing high level Business scenarios
- Prepare the Business process flows / use cases
- Provide proposed solutions to the business needs (including screen layouts)
- Identify Areas of Improvement in Product / Process / Systems
- Review / approve the Functional Specifications
- Liaise between the business units, technology teams, delivery and support teams to arrive at optimal solutions. Facilitate Walkthroughs for requirement and solution assessments.
- Assist the testing teams incase of queries with regards to Business requirements / needs / expectations
- Provide support to the Operations teams to ensure smooth rollout of the functionality to production

- Candidates with work experience in Domestic & International Trade Products (like LCs, bills, collections, reimbursements & financing) with the understanding of end to end Business process would be preferred.
- Knowledge of SWIFT will be an added advantage.
