Job Description

BPO hiring for Fresher & Experience in Domestic Voice

Walk in time:10.30 AM - 3 PM

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY:

o Age: 18 to 28 years

o Education / Qualifications:

o 12th

o Graduate

o Post Graduate (Except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)

o Travel boundary limits : 25-30KMS from Company Location.

o Candidate should be residing within the local transport limits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Responding to inbound or outbound calls & Mails in a Professional and positive manner

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

o Excellent communication skills

o Polite and customer service oriented

o Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries

o Typing Skills: 20 wpm with 85 % accuracy
