Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for our domestic inbound voice process at a leading e-commerce company.

---

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries promptly and professionally

• Follow established procedures and escalate unresolved issues when necessary

• 6-day work week with rotational weekly off

• Attend periodic in-office sessions for team engagement if working from home

• Post-training work-from-home may be provided based on performance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu

• Typing Speed: Minimum 20 WPM

• Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Degree
  (BE/B.Tech & PG candidates must have BPO experience)

• Experience:

  • Freshers- 1 yr

  • BPO Experience: up to 2 years

• Must be able to commute independently (no travel allowance)

• Relieving letter and payslips required for experienced candidates
