Role Objective: Undertakes the detailed engineering, procurement, and supervision of the Planning, Quantity Survey and Execution for Building..

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for checking verification of bills, Quantity, BBS etc

• Responsible for progress and monitoring of all civil works including substructure,

superstructure and foundations with safety

• Execution of finishing work as per the methodology Maintain quality and timelines for

the finishing work Coordinate for the resources and material required for the finishing

work

• Responsibility to devote 100% for the work assign to him and provide optimize solutions.
• Manage, develop, design and solve manufacturing processes in order to give secure and

lifelong solutions.

• Guide the team members and analysis the final output.
• monitors ongoing construction to ensure that the work is being done correctly and the

project stays on schedule.

• Inspects construction materials to see that they conform to specifications
• Prepares progress reports
• Study of Drawings & raise RFI in case of Discrepancy
• Co-ordination with Pre-Eng. team, architect & consultant.
• Preparing & maintain delay register, control of wastages
