Experience 1 to 5 years exp in USA Staffing
Locations: Noida / Kanpur / Chandigarh
Timings: USA Shift.
Important : Candidates working in staffing industry only need to apply
Roles:
- Responsible for Sourcing profiles through various Job Portals like Dice, Monster, carrier Builder, LinkedIn etc.
- Contacting candidates and qualifying them on Skills Vs experience, area of Interest, Geographic location in US and Visa types etc.
- Meeting daily & Weekly targets by submitting quality candidate for our clients various vertical Projects
- Complete analysis of candidates current / previous project and responsibility undertaken per project.
- Building good relationship and reputation with each candidate for long term association
- Formatting resumes according to clients requirement
- Coordinating interviews on call for the shortlisted candidates
- Having good knowledge on IT Skills.
