Job Title - PNB MetLife hiring Manager Business Solutions

Context:
- Instrumental in introducing new enhancements including stabilizing platforms, channel enablement, regulatory guidelines, product launches for Digitization and Digital platforms
- The position will be responsible for Planning for demand-capacity management along with PMO and stakeholders
- Facilitate the lifecycle of any project from BRD documentation to production delivery
- Strong governance for critical project launches to track the expected result post production
- Effective team management team for timely testing of projects
- Experience in partner integration projects to understand partner environment and assess the extent to which partner can automate integration and recommend relevant solutions
- Be able to sense changing needs through the planning and implementation phase and respond promptly
Key Responsibilities -
- Rationalisation of business process in alignment with the requirement received from stakeholders
- 4 years of experience in enhancements related with mobile platforms along with customer and sales portal
- Be part of all meetings / discussion with partners and internal project teams
- Be able to conduct meaningful discussion and drive agenda
- End-to-end hand-holding and bringing partners on-board
- Be able to think through the implementation plan at the planning stage
- Ability to garner support whenever required / be able to bring to managers attention of the roadblocks and ask for help, in advance
- Understand partner environment and assess the extent to which partner can automate integration and recommend relevant solutions
- Be able to sense changing needs through the planning and implementation phase and respond promptly
- Engage with partners and internal stakeholders to keep everyone updated of progress
- Monitor progress closely by tracking activity; pre-empting problems & recommending actions, publishing progress reports etc.
- Deliver Complex & Large Scale Transitions and Business Transformation
- Provide sustainable value by improving the efficiency of how projects are managed and monitored to avoid potential failure.
- Introduce & Implement common processes, methodologies and tools as a set of standards for project managers to follow, allowing them to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient manner.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / B. Tech/B. Com with any additional diploma/degree in computers
- Have worked in Life insurance industry
- Minimum 6 years of experience as Business Analyst /Business Solutioning
- Ability to prepare presentation and reports
- Microsoft office Good in XLS, Word and PPT
- Possess and nurture an attitude that demonstrates agility to change with the changing business scenario
- Immense ownership and an outlook to learn from successes and failures, both.
- The outcome of above should be a delivery always better than the previous with speed and quality
- Project management & Data analysis
Knowledge and skills desired :
- Insurance, IT ,Operations , Digitization and Digital domain knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups
- Expert user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in Enterprise Project / Program Management tools ( Clarity / Digite etc)
Expert in share-point administration - Administers and maintains sites and sub-sites and provides support to end users across various functions
