Position Vacant / Designation Assistant Manager (Fixed Assets : Refrigeration)
No of Positions : 1 No.
Location : Mumbai
Reporting to / Line Manager : VP
Qualification & Experience
Diploma Mechanical / Refrigeration / Electrical Engineering
Experience & Technical Skills Min 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in
Maintenance of Refrigeration Assets.
Job Description / Responsibilities
Working closely with manufacturers for freezer designs & innovations
Logistic planning & organizing /scheduling (co-coordinating with concerned members
for delivery schedules )
Receipt & inspection reports
Record contract status at all stages of process
Supporting clients / parlors for breakdown of equipment; ensuring preventive
maintenance
Managing company assets such as Ice Cream Freezers, Waffle Making Machine,
Dipping Cans etc
Setting up regional/ local suppliers to provide fixed assets for Parlours & institutions
(Hotels, Modern Trade Outlets, etc)
Negotiating with freezer suppliers / vendors for procurement, AMCs, insurance, etc.
Managing & tracking all India asset lease of 12000 Freezer Assets
Coordinating with vendors for asset maintenance & upkeep, breakdowns, etc.
Competencies
Eye for details & numbers, data management
Good administration skills
Strong written & verbal Communication skills with fluent English
Vendor Management
Computer skills
Strong Coordination & Negotiations Skills
Knowledge of MS Excel mandatory, Tally or any accounting package is an advantage
