This is regarding opening with a Leading Pvt Bank as a Product Head- Credit Cards

Designation: Product Head- Credit Cards

Grade: Senior Level

Education: MBA from Reputed Institute

Experience: 10 to15 years of work experience in Product management of Credit cards

Industry: BFSI only (Preferred from Banking)

Location: Mumbai

Job role:

• Responsible for of credit card product management
• Monitor closely the product feature utilization on a month on month basis. - Regularize the Product Feature Reiteration Campaigns to create more customer awareness.
• Relationship management with sales team and to push the sales of the product the person is responsible for.
• PL responsibility for card products to deliver targeted growth and attain revenue targets.
• Manage relationship with internal stakeholders to drive credit card cards sales growth through customer campaigns, RR and provide related product support.
• Would be responsible for Product conversations: buy-in, that can be a sales pitch at call centre or in a face to face meeting, visibility at digital channels, collaterals at physical touch points
• Engage and work in collaboration with other units of the Bank, like compliance, legal, digital teams, portfolio teams etc.
• Digital transformation and integration with various platforms
• Support implementation of strategies to manage card lifecycle and identify new business opportunities
• Team Management
