Technical Sales & Marketing  - Faridabad

Education

• Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical engineering from a reputed institute
• Preferred Regular Management degree/ diploma from a reputed Institute

Experience

• The ideal candidate shall have 12-15 years experience of dealing with automotive OEMs.
• Quick learner of new products new technology to make a techno commercial sales pitch

• Understanding the market trends in the EV space and resonate the customer voice internally
• Maintain & grow EV business EV compressor, BCS, TCS, EVTMS, cold plate etc
• RFQ generation, open new doors for the company, customer relationship.
• Meet customer business win targets for existing and new OEMs in EV space.
• Lead all sales related & key account management activities for EV business.
• Lead all MIS activities for sales & marketing function for EV business.

Position Accountabilities

• Handling of BD, sales & key account activities for allEV customers
• Interacting and coordination with all departments including engineering, purchase, operations, costing etc to give competitive market pricing quotes to the customers.
• Develop/ existing techno commercial skills.
• Leading all activities and maintain smooth coordination between PVL and corp office.
• Understanding of the marketing/ competition pricing, developing quote strategy and business win strategy for all RFQs
• Lead all commercial negotiation with customer.
• Lead & develop the sales & key account management team.
• Meet new business win mid term& long term company targets.
