As discussed, We have a immediate requirement for collections.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: rotational shift rotational offs

Job Type: permanent

Job Description: Kindly know the minimum criteria 

  • Candidates with good communication
  • Willing to work in a voice process
  • Open for shifts
  • Rounds of interview (PIR, Voice & Accent, HR & Ops round)

Essential Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls and/or receive inbound calls regarding consumer past due on their credit card accounts
  • Educate customers regarding their past due credits
  • Make use of problem-solving/decision making skills to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Make use of negotiation skills to help Customer Setup payment arrangements to bring past due accounts current
  • Comply with over-all call quality standards
  • Adhere to company rules and polices especially on Time and Attendance

Required Skills:

  • Qualification: Undergraduates/Graduates
  • Experience Fresher 5 years
  • Excellent English Communications Skills
  • Passion for Collections through Customer service
  • Prior Collections/Customer Service experience is good to have
  • Unyielding Integrity
  • Ability to work in a challenging environment
  • Flexibility to work in US shifts (Willing to work in 24/7 work environment)
  • Flexibility to work during Indian and US holidays.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills

Desired Characteristics

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and nonverbal
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking and utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)

  • HR & Operations (Final) round
