They are owners of the tasksProjects they manage. Responsible for end to end execution of projectsschedulesFinances. They receive files directly from customer and plans the process flow for the same.

2.Production management
a.Sending files to functional teamstranslators, Tracking files in excel, follow- ups if files are delayed, delivery to PM (on- site manager)
3.Finance management
a.Creating Gemini, updating Gemini, raising PAPO, review Budgets in Gemini, set projects to complete.
b.Invoicing, Forecasting, Month end activities
c.Creating QuotationsRFPs
4.Queries Management
a.Handling customer vendor queries
5.Other tasks
a.QBR (actively take part in internalexternal QBR"s)
b.Owns Gross Margins on the account
c.Ownsattendee in customer callsescalations
