Job Description

Looking for a HR & Admin Manager - Part Time - Work from OFFICE for our Company based in Ahmedabad, near Isckon Cross Roads.

• Responsible for Internal Hiring for the organization.
• He / She Should be able to introduce new HR initiatives
• Handling Entire General Administration & Other Day to Day Functions which includes Payment Reminders to clients, Office Supply management, overlooking Housekeeping, Job Portal Quota Management.
• Handle Joining formalities like offer letter, appointment letter, agreements etc.
• Training New Joinees
• Support Performance Evaluation & Appraisal etc
• Handle day to day employee queries
• Maintaining cordial employee relations
• Handle confirmations, promotions & separations
• Payroll Processing

Excellent English communication skills are a MUST.
