Job Description
Our Client a reputed Pharmaceutical company is based in Ahmedabad and USA. It is US FDA-approved EXIM Unit for RLD, API and Finished Formulation Products across the Globe.
Criteria: -
- Only those candidates with experience of 3-4 years of API (Active pharma ingredients) & RLD (Reference listed drugs) with Pharmaceutical Industry - Logistics must apply.
- Flexible to work for cross country timings and merchant trade (cross country shipments).
- Expertise to handle cold chain and Ambient i.e. temperature-controlled and uncontrolled shipments globally.
- Positive, open minded approach to learn and explore is must.
- Candidate may be asked to visit custom office on need basis.
- Analytical mind set- MS Office & Email communication required.
Job Profile:
- Identifying the right logistic partners.
- Arranging for the quotations from different logistic partners in US, EU, Australia.
- Review freight rates, etc costs to keep working costs low.
- Maintains quality.
-Manage the export shipment directly from India to other countries.
-Develop the business relationships and key coordinator between customer and warehouse partners.
-End to end Shipment (Pickup of the shipment from supplier to the customer destination).
- Arranging the temperature readings for the customers.
- Coordinating between customer and logistic partner-making the Shipping invoice, packaging, getting the approval from client and logistic partners.
- Maintaining database of each shipment and tracking daily.
- Checking & submitting the invoices and ensuring payments on timely basis to logistic partners, warehouse partners & coordinating with accounts.
- Prepare the monthly database,find the loopholes and getting the best-negotiated price from logistic partners.
Working hours: 2.00 PM to 2 AM (It includes 2 hours for Travelling time & Dinner time. Post 7.30 pm, work from home basically)
