Maintenance Technician @ Sayeed Kamal Hasen

Job Description

We are seeking the right individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. If you have a commitment to hard work, solid skills with people and a proven track record of high quality in your work, this may be the place for you. You will get to complete a variety of tasks in this environment, making each day unique and interesting.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping etc.

Perform carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs.

Performs touch up and finish painting.

Picks up and delivers supplies and materials.

Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues

Install appliances and equipment

Do garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.

Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs

Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment

Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarm)

Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces

Participate in different projects (e.g. renovations)

Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues

Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Perform other related duties and activities as required
