About the position:
Designation: Technical Project Manager
Job Location: India. Based on client location (most likely following consultancy model that requires Mon - Thurs to be in client location). As a start , you will be working from home.
Reporting To: CTO / CEO

Working Days: 5
Experience: 5 - 8 years. Candidate should be willing to travel frequently at the client site.
Role:
You would
Work with development team , business , and client IT Operation to effectively drive projects from concept to launch.
Co - ordination with the client team in charge , CTO and team for all technical delivery activities , and acting as the escalation point for all technical development issues specific to projects
Work with development team and business analyst to build a timeline and manage to execute it on - time and on - budget
Drive customer satisfaction through an interface with delivery resources , direction , and mentorship. Keep business owner up to date on project status and potential issues
Resolve design , project and resource issues before they causing delays or damages
Manage all team member to be Scrum aligned
Enhance project management process to accommodate agile changing management.
Liaise client project for all technical issues covering legacy systems , infrastructure issues , data governance , data warehouses , code development , automation of test scripts , understanding user requirements , application architecture , deployment , bug testing , rolling out iterations , enhancements and change management.
Requirement
5++ years experience on similar role. Skills include:
Technical understanding and ability to manage the software development life cycle from understanding and gathering user requirements , design , development , deployment , change management , and support of software applications
Understanding of project processes (scheduling , documentation , risk analysis and contingency planning)
Strong knowledge of web technologies
Strong knowledge of SQL and No - SQL databases
Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies
Experience with open source technologies
Experience with open source technologies
Strong ability to use / manage JIRA as PM Tracking / Reporting Tools
Understanding and experience in UI / X best practice
Highly analytical , logical and excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communication , people management and technical delivery experience and also responsible for mentoring and developing technical talent inside EACIIT Skills and knowledge acquired through Development , Technical Lead , or Project Management. The skills to include: Project Management , Change Management , Release Management , Configuration Management , Systems Integration , Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies , Quality Assurance and Testing , Requirements Gathering , and Systems Analysis and Design
