Job Description

Preferred Industry :-- Pharmaceuticals/ Medical Devices

Total Experience:-- Min 1 Year of Experience as Event Coordinator

Salary:-- Up to 25000/- Per Month

Minimum Qualification :-- Graduation/ BBA Preferred

Location- Greater Noida

Roles-

-Plan and organise dental events (Seminar/training Courses) with attention to financial and time constraints

-Book venues and schedule speakers

-Make travel accommodation arrangements for speakers

-Look for and compare different vendors (Flyer/certificates Printing, Videographer social media broadcasting)

-Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favourable terms

-Overseas travel accommodation management in tandem with agency

-Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations, food, drinks etc.)

-Track & maintain the overall even expenses regularly

-Do event budget planning & Stay within the budget

-Carefully oversee event happenings and assisting

-Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner

-Evaluate events success and submit reports

-Portfolio of successful events

-Proficient in MS Office

-Excellent vendor management skills

-Knowledge of basic recruitment practices

-Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success

-Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

-Team player

-Good time-management skills

-Great interpersonal and communication skills
