Role Summary

• Support IMEx deployment through training and coaching of PCT Shift leads, CI Specialists, Process Technologists and other PCT members.

• Engineering / Pharma graduate

Target years of experience

• 3-8 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing and/ or Six Sigma

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day leadership on IMEx implementation to the PCT teams
• Develop detailed action plans for IMEx deployment in line with overall Site road map aligning all stakeholders
• Ensure IMEx deployment as per detailed action plans and in line with Operating Standards
• Coordinate / Organize IMEx related training sessions viz Immersion workshops, Standard Work, CI Loop, TPM etc.
• Facilitate PCTs to set up the VMC meetings
• Coach PCTs to run effective VMC meetings
• Participate in IMEx deployment tier meetings
• Coach PCTs on development of Standard Work role cards
• Coach CI Specialists on running CI loop meetings
• Provide coaching on problem solving methodologies to CI Specialists / PCT members
• Coach Process Technologists and PCT members on Defect walks / Operator care programme
• Schedule Structured Gemba for all PCTs in line with the Operating Standards
• Updation of SG check lists and communication to SG coaches
• Coordinate SG and GROW training for identified SG coaches
• Provide periodic update on SG status to the Site Leadership team
• Participate in health checks with NEXT DL and Site IMEx lead
• Develop action plans for identified gaps in health checks in collaboration with Ecosystem Leads
• Preparation of site weekly updates and above site monthly updates on IMEx deployment status
• Share / Replicate best practices across Ecosystems/ from Network
• Organize IMEx promotion / R & R events
