Senior Project Manager/RTE- Scrum Master @ ExecBoardinAsia

• They are searching for a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master who can manage the delivery of work packages to meet the complex and diverse needs of Global Products Technology (GPT). You must be able to adapt the mode of delivering work package dependent on type of activity (e,g., Waterfall project delivery or acting as Scrum Master for a suite of Products).
• You must be comfortable with working in situations where there may be variety of ways of working across the various Product teams
• As a PM, your responsibilities may include leading a single project, a project work-package or working as part of a larger team, led by somebody else.
• As a Scrum Master, you will help the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog and guide the Agile team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope. You will work with project team members and be expected to apply prior project experience to ensure delivery of the right solutions at the right time, to the right level of quality.
• You will manage project activities from eliciting requirements, through to delivery of the solution in partnership with GPT service teams and local site IT and business groups.
• Role Overview: This role supports the End User Services (EUS) team which focuses on Collaboration products meeting room services, Productivity / O365 products, the company laptop builds.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with appropriate stakeholders and project sponsors to understand the requirements.
• Act as a Scrum Master with primary responsibility of assisting the self-organizing, self-managing team to achieve its goals
• Leads team efforts in relentless improvement Helps the team improve and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective, improve communications and relationships with other teams
• Teaches problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problem-solvers for themselves.
• Have sole responsibility for the delivery of projects (or discrete work packages within larger projects).
• Manage a matrix team to deliver solutions and processes in support of project objectives and requirements leading the project team and motivation all team members with clear direction and communication
• Manage the project plan, project budget, risks and issues on behalf of the appropriate Programme Manager or Sponsor and escalating to senior management when appropriate.
• Identify and actively monitor delivery of external dependencies.
• Define the deployment strategy and prepare and execute the project plan ensuring the project solution is transition to full support post-delivery. Work closely with other the company IT groups to ensure adequate resources are deployed to ensure delivery
• Ensure effective communications planning, stakeholder identification and engagement, regular status reporting to key stakeholders, both within GPT (internal) and with the appropriate programme (customer).
• Build close working relationships with stakeholders and relevant business contacts to ensure i) confidence is built and maintained, ii) all stakeholders are informed and engaged during the project, and iii) the solution supports the GPT adoption by new markets and delivers maximum benefit.
