Job Description
NLB Services, Noida is hiring Sr. Executive/Team Lead- Financial Reporting.
Job Description:
- Comprehensive understanding of R2R/ O2C/ P2P process, reconciliations and financial reporting.
- Detailed knowledge of month end closing process, inter company reconciliations, strong hold over Accruals, Deferrals, analysis of related accounts.
- Working knowledge of recording & reporting of forex transactions and consolidation of group entities.
- Excellent knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS with the ability to research and propose company positions on complex accounting issues.
- Manage the preparation of internal financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy.
- Prepare flash reports and perform flux analysis for senior management.
- Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements. Coordinate, develop and update written policies and procedures over the financial reporting process.
- Preparation of dashboards and support management in providing data for audit and reporting purposes.
- Assisting auditors and management on audit and adhoc requirements.
- Financial modeling and forecasting experience.
- Experience in ERP migration.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's/ master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Completed/Pursuing/ Drop outs of (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA) with exposure in US private entities. Good Communication, analytical skills and able to comprehend and resolve complex queries and processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet stringent delivery timelines Strong Accounting skills.
- Well versed with MS Excel and QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics/ Business central 365.
- Shift Timings- EST (7 PM IST- 4 AM IST)
