Responsibilities
1. Ensure query resolution within 24hrs and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery
and service quality norms
2. Handle dental specific queries pertaining to our services. Overall Problem solving for patients and
coordination as necessary. Handle any operations related activities that may be required
3. Sell Additional services to generate revenue
4. Tabulate and record responses from all customers on excels. Generate relevant reports from the
same
5. Schedule appointments from patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the
patient
6. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests. Refer
unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further
investigation.
7. Analyse quality of calls and strive for improvement
Requirements:
1. 2-5 years of experience in Tele Sales/After Sales Support/Customer support
2. Bachelors Degree in any discipline
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
5. Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced Environment
6. The capacity to grasp quickly and self-learn
7. Should have basic knowledge on G Suite Operations, Basic Windows Usage, Email Etiquette and
Phone Skills
8. Should have handled escalation management, NR cases, Clinic appointments
