Job Description

Develop, manage and improve standards and procedures within the team. Roles and Responsibilities

• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Building up new partnerships and resources to strengthen Kerala based programs and scaling up of new operational areas
• Prepare new proposal in multiple dimensional areas of Public Health, Aftercare & Rehabilitation, Employment Skill Development
• Securing funding from the Government and Multilateral Donors.
• Identify Government opportunities for the organization across several technical and geographic portfolios.
• Develop & execute plans to compete for these funding opportunities; including pre-solicitation/pre-proposal activities, submission
• Manage key accounts with focused approach & nurturing relations for productive business relations
• Develop M&E framework and operational plan including roles &responsibilities; monitoring indicators &targets, measurement and reporting methods; evaluation topics and methodologies and use of monitoring and evaluation data and findings to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee the development and implementation of a project, M&Eplan that is capable of clearly and adequately reporting data that represent project performance in a timely manner.
• Develop a team of skilled trainers at the national and regional levels and built up the capacities of many practitioners, decision-makers and support organizations
