Desired Candidate Profile
- Should have extensive experience of working in Branch Banking Liability.
- Should be willing to travel extensively.
- Minimum 10 years in branch sales position with at least 5 years in leadership experience and managing multiple leaders/ teams
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in teams.
- A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behaviour, movements and expectations with respect to the market.
- Strive for continuous improvement of Clusters performance
- Strong networking and business acumen
- Passionate in people development
- Good stakeholder management
- Confident, able to carry themselves well and poise
- Articulate; fluent in spoken and written English
Key Responsibilities Areas :
- Candidates would be responsible for development of AIB branches and drive the Liability Business along with Gold Loan and TPD Fee Income.
- Building Portfolio of Gold Loan, Fixed Deposit & Third Party Products as per business mandate and Budget assigned
- Mentoring team members to ensure achievement of team targets
- Maintaining, nurturing and deepening relationships with existing clients.
- Identify and initiate new business areas/ opportunities within the given geography so that Business objectives are achieved.
- Monitoring the performance of the reporting branches
- Ensure both Business Budget and Business quality
- To ensure Audit / policy Compliance & Regulatory compliance requirement
- Regular Follow up and repayment monitoring to ensure portfolio growth and quality management as per laid down process
- Managing customer centric banking operations, forwarding customer instructions to the concerned department & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
