Hi, 

We are hiring customer service executive for reputed logistics company in Chennai.

1.Experience - Fresher / 1+yr exp.but graduate

2.Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English

3.Candidate must be interested to work in Domestic Voice process (Inbound). On a daily basis 150+ calls will flow

4.The Job will be under the vendor payroll-third party payroll but permanent job

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer queries
2. Maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received
3. Should able to write good emails to customers as & when required
4. Should able to liaise with the appropriate department to resolve customer complaints
5. Must speak HINDI & ENGLISH fluently
6. can handle 150+ incoming calls daily
7. Should able to take the pressure.
