Role: Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager
Location: Pune, Pimpri, Chakan, Viman Nagar, Baramati, Vasco, Panjim, Satara, Solapur & Ratnagiri
No of Position: 15
Experience: Must have 1-5 Years of experience for AM DM and 5+ yrs exp for TSM roles in any of the products - Vehicle Loans ( Commercial Vehicle) ( New & Used Both), / Auto loans / TW loans

Roles and Responsibility

*Achieve Auto/vehicle finance/Loans volume and other products target by managing various relationships assigned, including, authorized dealers of automobile manufacturers
*To achieve sales targets & achieve 100% productivity levels
*To provide timely service to the customer, and ensure proper communication of terms of finance and generate leads.
*Visiting customer and checking his credit worthiness.
*Disclosure of Complete customer details to credit.
*Identify and develop new relationships for generating business through dealers visit and
*Handling non -starter collection cases & Assisting the collection executive for 1 to 5 Bucket collection cases
*Able to make an independent assessment of the customer which facilitates a decision about extending a loan to the customer.
