Job Description
Job: Project Manager
Location: Delhi
Terms: Part time job (on location)
contractual amount 2500-30,000 fixed
two project erp and crm
Qualification Required: MBA or Post Graduate (minimum 3years of experience is must)
About the Roles: Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities includes:
- Need to interact and analyse customer issues through CRM.
- Integrate your work and responsibilities with the organisation through ERP.
- Create Various documents like SRS, wireframes.
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder management for client projects.
- Coordinates with sales team and execute trades.
- Ensure availability of technical fundamental documents.
- Conduct assessments and manage risk with least impact on project.
- Setting out quality standards for various operational areas, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while adhering to the SLAs and work processes.
- Use tools for project management/ tracking.
- Verify and validate the software on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with clients day to day and act as a product owner to ensure the software being developed is conceptualised and delivered per clients expectation.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Measure project performance using appropriate system, tools and techniques.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements
- Good understanding of SDLC and awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
