Position:TeleSales Executive/Sr.Executive

Location:Bangalore-Kormangala

Reporting to:Lead Operations

Background to the role:We are planning to set up an In-house Contact center for SMB Renewal Process.

Below are the requirements:

Associate-1 : English & Hindi Mandatory, Marathi Preferred, looking after North & West Regions.

Associate-2 : English, Kannada & Tamil (Telugu optional), looking after South Region.

Candidates should be experienced in Telesales & fluent in English.

Key working Relationship:B2B/Customer relationships/management/Revenue generation/Account Management

Key Responsibilities:

Renewal process Management

Client Retention

B2B Sales

Tele Sales and Revenue generation

Desired Profile

Qualification:Graduation(Any)

Skills:Good Communication in English, Good Negotiation skill, Good Convincing skill, Worked in retention model

Core Competencies:

Candidate should be a female, preferably not married

Should have B2B sales telesales experience

Should have retention experience.

Currently doing 70+ Calls in a day preferred

Should be open to work from office

Initially will be work from home for 1 month.
