JOB DESCRIPTION:
Roles & Responsibilities
At least 14+ years of experience with strong understanding and application of support concepts, cloud, micro services design etc
Strong experience for managing L1 & L2 support team and managing stake holders & customers
Experience in leading a Cloud application or platform product team, with direct ownership or close coordination with the Products & organisation
Experience motivating, organising, and leading teams from concept definition phase through deployment readiness
Strong consensus building, conflict resolution, and persuasive skills
Excellent analytical, logical and project management skills. High level of personal credibility at all-levels of the organisation
Ability to manage multiple, potentially changing priorities and effectively coordinate activities across teams
Demonstrated critical thinking and top-notch problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge of ITIL implementation methodologies
Identifying performance bottlenecks, identifying anomalous system behaviour, and determining the root cause of incidents
Understanding of Service-Oriented Architectures, Micro Services and Distributed System.
Ability to present and defend your thoughts and technical solution in front of different audiences
Good experience implementing Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment practices
Experience with Kubernetes, docker and cloud technologies
Experience in Containerization technology and orchestration systems for cloud application development and deployment.

Enhance the current outage management procedures, emergency response procedures, recovery strategies, and automated notification tools
Provide release and deployment support to all ESA and non ESA platforms
Competent in required job skills and knowledge you should have ability to learn and apply new skills and keeps abreast of current developments. You should be able to plan and use resources in effective manner and work with minimal supervision
Person should have great problem-solving attitude and ability to resolves problems in a timely manner
Expresses ideas and thoughts verbally as well as in written form. You should have good listening and comprehension; Also, you should be able to use appropriate communication methods and keep others adequately informed
Creating and onboarding project teams, integrating them into the organization and providing a clear vision of the product.
Facilitate communication and information exchange between external groups and the project team.
Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and drive a culture of agility and learning.
