Role Overview:

As the IT Product Manager at Vasitum, you'll be responsible for owning the end-to-end lifecycle of our technology products. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to build products that deliver real impact. This is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to shape the future of our platform.

What Youll Do:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with Vasitums goals.

• Work closely with tech and business teams to identify user needs and translate them into product features.

• Prioritize product initiatives based on impact, effort, and strategic value.

• Create user stories, wireframes, and functional specs to guide development.

• Oversee product development sprints, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

• Drive user feedback loops and continuous product improvement.

• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data insights and KPIs.

• Be the voice of the userensure our products provide a seamless and delightful experience.

What Were Looking For:

• 0-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of IT systems, web technologies, and product development lifecycle.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to align stakeholders.

• Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and wear multiple hats.

• Passion for building innovative products and solving real problems.

Nice to Have:

• Technical background or hands-on experience in development/QA/UX.

• Familiarity with AI/ML products or SaaS platforms.

• Previous experience in HRTech or recruitment platforms is add on.
