Prospect candidates should have solid experience in the Pre-sales/ sales environment, should have worked on Cold leads as a mandate
Should have sound knowledge on how the sales pipeline would be created
Should have exposure towards how a lead would be nurtured/ churned to the maximum efficiency to reach to a successful closure
Exposure towards Salesforce would be an added advantage- While shortlisting the candidates we could check what's the CRM the candidate has worked on earlier
Inside sales exp is a must, exposure in international calling is mandatory with knowledge on email communication (please don't shortlist email/ social media BD executives only profiles)
Avg tenurity in such a role should be nothing less than 1.5 years
Candidates should have spent time in a Business to Business sales environment only (The client we are working for is a B-B sales model)
