Roles and Responsibilities
Source candidates from job portals and other forums.
Recruit candidates for perm & temp IT positions, available with various MNC/ SME clients within deadlines.
3 to 5 years of technical recruiting experience (Online companies or start-up hiring is preferred).
Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates utilizing multiple recruiting sources including but not limited to Monster, Dice, Career builder, free job boards, user groups, associations, phone lists, and other tools and technology resources.
Passionate about recruitment and having relevant experience into IT recruitment.
Must develop knowledge of using applicant-tracking-system (Bullhorn), job-boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster), LinkedIn, Twitter, and other online and web-based professional and social media to find and close strong technical candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience of technology recruitment (especially in big data technology) for fintechs
Good knowledge of Job portals & social media hiring
Highly organized and able to prioritize according to urgency
Location: Marol, Andheri (East) Mumbai
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM - 11 PM (Fixed)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
