Job Description
Circle IT Solutions is hiring Bench Sales Recruiters (Onsite Role)
Note: No Remote
Note: This is an immediate requirement. Start date ASAP.
Note: NO CAB FACILITY - Night shift
Timings: 06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST (EST timings)
Location: 4TH FLOOR, JYOTHI IMPERIAL, GACHIBOWLI, HYDERABAD.
Land Mark: South India Shopping mall building, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Required Experience: 0-1 years
Job Description:-
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo Hot Jobs), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Well versed about US Terms and Visa Types
- Sourcing requirements from Prime Vendors or Direct Clients, etc. To submit the Bench Consultants.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions to interviews.
- Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Must be having capability to work with a team or individually.
- Should be capable to handle a team as well.
- Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
- Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them in to projects accordingly.
- Maintaining Good interpersonal Relation with the Client and the Vendors.
Required Qualifications/Background Profile:-
- Any graduate can apply.
- BBA/BCOM/MBA/B.Tech will be preferable.
- Good Communications Mandate.
- Freshers can be preferred.
- Go-Gitterned committed
