1. It is an end to end recruitment module into Non-IT BPO hiring.

2. It involves, Sourcing, Screening, Co-ordination, Documentation, Back end work, Stakeholder
management.

3. Candidate must have BPO hiring experience.

4. Its a 1 year contractual role(extendable)

Required Candidate profile

1. Hands-on experience in Volume/Bulk hiring is an added advantage

2. Candidate should be flexible to work and it's a six-day work culture

3. Should be proactive in responding to stakeholders or maintaining reports

4. Hands-on experience in MS excel

5. Good written and oral communication is a must.

6.Should be flexible for both Work from Office/Home

7. Graduation is a must. MBA (HR) preferred.

* No freshers
