Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters focused on C2H hiring.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for contract-to-hire roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet project deadlines.
Track and report recruitment metrics and team performance.
Maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and client requirements.
