The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements. The goal is to exceed clients expectations and to add value to their business.

Job Profile: Sr. Recruitment Executive

Location : Ahmadabad / Baroda / Bangalore / Nagpur / Nashik / Aurangabad / Indore / Bhopal/ Jabalpur/ Ujjain 

Salary : 2.40 lac to 3.00 lac

Experience : 2 to 4 Years .

Responsibilities

Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy

Responsible for END to END Recruitment

Responsible for Bulk Hiring 

Research into clients company, competitors and market place

Follow up with clients and assist with the candidates transition and onboarding process

Network and build long-lasting client relationships

Know your area of expertise (specialised industry or job function)

Research and develop recruiting leads

Update current and design new recruiting procedures

Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)

Implement new sourcing methods

Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners

Skill Requirements :

Proven working experience in recruiting 

Experience Should be 06 month to 5 Years 

Deep understanding of recruitment processes & Industries

Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods

Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods

Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)

Client focus along with relationship building skills

Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills

Education Require Skill

Any Graduate / MBA

Education Require Skill

Working Days: 6 Days: Monday to Saturday
