Roles and Responsibilities
1.Candidate Will Head Sales And Marketing Of Critical Care And Icus Products Covering Corporate And Private Hospitals Products On Pan India Basis.
2. Candidate Will Be Responsible For Recruiting Training And Developing Sales Team On Pan India.
3. Candidate Is Responsible For Critical Care And ICUsHandling Business Of 50crs And Team Size Of80 And Work For 100crs In Next 3 Years.
4. Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Profit And Loss , Sales & Marketing , Achieving Top Line And Bottom Line , Business Development , Retention & Development Of Team and Launching Of New Products And Division Of Critical Care And ICUs Products.
Desired Candidate Profile
1.B.Sc. or B. Pharma with MBA in Marketing having 15-25 years of experience in Pharma Sales & Marketing of which last 2-3 years working Division Head / Business Head or as GM Sales & Marketing handling Pharma Critical Care and ICUs Products (Corporate / Private Hospitals).
2.Candidate Should have good experience in Handling Critical Care and ICUs Products (Corporate / Private Hospitals) on PAN India Basis and also Launching innovative produces.
3.Candidate will be responsible for recruiting training and developing sales team on PAN India basis and also marketing team at Head Office.
4.Candidate should be good in Strategy Management, Business Planning, and Complete Profit & Loss, Marketing & Sales Plan, Budgeting and executing the same on Pan India Basis.
