Job Description
Client: Well known Multinational Chemical Company
Designation: Marketing Executive
Experience: 3+ Years
CTC: Max 3.50 Lacs
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Qualification: Bachelors degree from a top-tier university
Industry: Agriculture, Finance or Event Preferred
Contract Period: 1 Year
Job Description :-
- Assist with organizing promotional events, marketing campaigns & press releases
- Liaise with external stakeholders including vendors, partners, etc. for effective execution of marketing campaigns
- Conduct day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of marketing function
- Work with vendor on day-to-day optional topics on various marketing campaign activity
- Coordinate with design, content & product teams to generate & manage marketing collateral & assets
- Ability to coordinate with related functions (Sales team, vendors, Audit team, etc.) to ensure a smooth jobs delivery.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
- Managing the day-to-day workflow and timelines of agency deliveries, marketing creative, budgets, asset flighting and development for distribution to internal/external teams
- Manage and maintain departmental documents, trackers, and spreadsheets. Assist in creating post-evaluation report, coordinating audit processes and social performance.
- Strong communications and reporting ability
Skills And Qualifications :-
- Bachelors degree from a top-tier university with 4-5 years of work experience
- SAP basic knowledge
- Handling Pressure
- Proficient in MX excel and other office tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive and positive thinker who contributes and makes a significant impact to the team and the business;
- Take the initiative in handling marketing campaigns and anticipating needs
- Self-starter: thrives on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving priorities
- Self-motivated, curious, eager, learning-oriented candidates are valued
PS - This would be a contractual role for 1 Year. Candidate will be in the payroll of INNOVSOURCE
