This is regarding the opening with a leading NBFC for the role of Securitisation Lead

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2+ years of similar experience

Industry: NBFC/Bank

Job role:

1. Preparation of pay-outs as per pay-out calendar and making remittance to banks / trustee.

2. Managing relationship with Banks, Trustee & financial institutions for securitisation related transactions, queries and data requests.

3. Liaison with Rating agencies, Legal Advisors, Auditors for securitisation related activities and due-diligence

4. Placement, monitoring and managing the Fixed Deposits and servicer fees.
