We are hiring Female Candidates for the Post of Manager - HR & Sr. Manager - HR for our Corporate Office.
No. of position 2
Location - Kolkata( MAULALI)
Gender - Female
Experience : 6 -13 years
Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Office Time : 9:30 am to 7: 30 pm.
Salary : For Sr. Manager - upto 7,00,000 CTC.
For Manager - HR - upto 5,00,000 CTC
KINDLY NOTE THAT YOUR OFFERED SALARY WOULD DEPEND ON YOUR TOTAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE DOMAIN PLUS YOUR CURRENT DRAWN SALARY.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates over telephone calls / Mailers/Job Posting for current open roles.
Fulfilling the recruitment targets within the stipulated time frame.
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Screening resumes and job Applications and lining then for interviews.
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior ,executive and Manager)
Work according to the hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with manpower consultancy to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Formulation of HR Policies
Payroll activities
Exit Formalities
Coordinating for Training
Other HR Generalist Activities
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or managing the HR department as an Head HR or similar role.
Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like Naukri, Times, Monster and Indeed
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook ETC.
Strong interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communications skills
Team Player
N.P Required - 15 to 20 days or immediate joining.
