Senior Technical Recruiters for USA Staffing

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad; Visakhapatnam

Start Date - Immediate

Infolob Solutions Inc is one of top IT Staffing & Oracle Managed Services Platinum Partner company in North America and India. we are looking for US IT Recruiters to work in US CST time zone.

Dedicated to the US recruitment process with responsibility to provide staffing needs based on our direct customer / client requirements Strong experience and understanding of the US Hiring process, experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.

• Minimum 8+ years of proven US work experience as an IT Technical Recruiter
• Strong Hands On experience working with Job Portals like Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc.
• Proficient using Social Media tools like Twitter etc. to source candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must be results-oriented, self-starter, ability to meet deadlines, work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Well versed with hiring US Citizens, Green Card as Full time employees or W2 Hourly or 1099
• Well Versed with US Tax terms and Employment types.
• Prior experience with W2 hiring will be a plus.
• Strong experience to hire H1B transfer candidates as well as good database of Sub vendors with H1B employees on their payroll to submit for Corp to Corp requirements from direct customers
• Working experience on various MSP/VMS systems like Beeline, Fieldglass, Pro Unlimited etc.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles like

DevOps, Cloud Engineers, Architects, RPA UiPath, Developers, DBAs ,PM,QA etc.

• Solid experience of various sourcing techniques
• Prior experience working in technology augmentation or consulting firm is desired
• Proficiency using Google mail, Google drive & Microsoft Office suite
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Quick learner and ability to think fast on your feet
• Detailed-oriented and places a high level of importance in quality of work to achieve given targets.
• Strong team player, highly collaborative.
