Job Description

These are WORK FROM OFFICE not Work from Home positions. We work on US EST time zone - which is from 6:30pm to 3:30am currently. Our office is located in Baner, Pune so it really helps if you're already LOCAL to Pune instead of having to relocate.


Responsibilities and Duties


Identify Prospects and Convert into long term VedAlgo clients.

  • Make 60 Warm & Cold Calls Every Day (CRM system, Database, Contact info, Target Account Research all provided to you).
  • Speak to at least 2 Target accounts every day
  • Close 3 New Deals Every Month

Ideal Candidate will possess a "Performer Mindset" which would include:

  • Driven Type A personality who uses intelligence and research on a Target Account to make a warm call instead of a cold call.
  • Confident attitude bolstered by VedAlgo's marketing ability. Marketing will help setup your target client database and help you with research and company collateral.
  • Views rejection as a step before acceptance. This mindset allows them to establish client rapport and even pain points during a rejection call.
  • Client qualification skills
  • Time Management & Self-improvement skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Strategic thinking
  • Market knowledge desire to constantly learn about their target market.

Compensation: Can make US Dollars 70K+ in the first year

Formula: Base Salary + Commissions + Profit Sharing Bonus = $70K+

Meet your first year's goals there will be an added super charged incentive youve qualified for the Closers Club. In addition, because of the way commissions are structured and deal sizes are average of 6 months or more - depending on when your first-year deals are closed, quite likely that 50% or more of your first-year bookings will be carried over into Year 2. So you start year 2 with a commissions backlog.


Earn $30K if you are average, $50K if you are good, and $70K & much, much higher if you are in the 1%. Although this opportunity is in the Staffing Industry - we will hire performers from any industry. Must be the best at opening doors, connecting with clients, and closing business all from what could will likely be a cold call or a researched warm call. You are highly self-motivated, a terrific conversationalist that clients would enjoy speaking to and a closer. If you feel like you match, come and build your empire within our company.

2. Workday Sales Executive focused on Systems Integrators.

3. Salesforce Sales Executive focused on Systems Integrators

4. Kronos/SAS Sales Executive focused on Systems Integrators
