Job Title: Business Development Executive (International Sales)

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in international sales, particularly in IT or digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of global market dynamics and a strong grasp of digital marketing concepts to effectively identify, pitch, and convert prospects across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and generate new business leads in international markets (US, UK, EU, etc.).
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies through email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital platforms.
  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and closed deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Utilize digital marketing knowledge to communicate the value and ROI of our services to prospects.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and activity tracker using CRM tools.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with potential and existing international clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and conversion targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in international sales, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
  • Experience working with global clients across time zones.
  • Understanding of B2B lead generation techniques.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
