Job Description
Reliance Jio is Hiring for Product and Process Trainers
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Role readiness and L1 Certification:
- Engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to build expertise and mastery.
- Proactively attend, self-study, research and clear L1 certification requirements for Jios Customer Service training offerings - new hire, products, processes, systems and refresher, on an on-going basis.
- Gain hands on experience of Jios digital product offerings and related processes and systems to enable high quality training.
- Be a Role model; have strong understanding of- subject matter know-how on Enterprise Offerings; advanced facilitation and coaching skills; on-going learning/training needs identification to improve performance.
- Collaborate with Content/KM for review and validation.
- Partner with Business Team, Product, Network, Service Management team for content and KM updation
- Facilitate pilot for new training, new learning offerings initiatives and continuous upskilling
- Coach assigned advisors on observed areas for improvement with respect to product, process, soft skills and communication
- Creating learning solutions and customize training delivery
- Analyze and measure performance targets trends and provide coaching as required
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi/Gujarathi.
- Graduation is a must
- Should be well versed with Training.
- Experience on papers of minimum 2years and above.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
- Experience from a Telecom Sector/BPO is an added advantage
- Stable internet connection and should be flexible for rotational shifts
