Job Description

Responsibilities:
1) Looking for a strategic person more data driven and having outside in view rather than an inside view out
2) Focus on achieving business results
3) Efficiently managed projects/initiatives and ensuring it gets completed within the stipulated timelines
4) By focusing on improving customer satisfaction, beating the competition and analyzing market data, ensures long-term success and profitability
5) The concerned Manager will handle projects that contribute to the company s success.
6) These projects represent opportunities for the organization to develop new products, troubleshoot problems or launch initiatives designed to reduce operational costs, increase profit etc.
7) Lead cross-functional discussions with CX/BD/Ops/Finance/Data Science/Tech to execute projects
8) Regularly analyze updates the portfolio to ensure that work aligns to strategic decisions
9) By evaluating project flow, publishing reports and conducting review meetings to keep projects/initiatives on track, the person enables the organization to prioritize its work
